When your first order contains multiple items, we'll initially send you just one item to confirm the fit.

✅ The first item's fit is perfect

If you're satisfied with your first item, simply confirm this in your customer account or by emailing us at lecontact@lechemiseur.fr. We’ll quickly proceed to produce the remaining items!

📦 The fit is OK, but I’d like adjustments for the remaining items

You can keep the first item and request adjustments for the items still pending. We’ll gladly accommodate your request. Specify your desired changes in your customer account or via email.

🔄 The fit isn't right for me

Our Fit Guarantee covers you for 100 days. If you return the initial item, we’ll automatically produce the remaining items with the adjusted fit.
