How do Gift Vouchers work ?

Gift Voucher and Gift Box validity

Gift Vouchers are valid for 1 year, with a 3-month grace period for late redemptions (15 months total).

They can be used across our entire range of made-to-measure shirts and trousers.

They are redeemable online or at our Paris showroom. If you wish to visit the showroom we recommend you take an appointment).

How to use a Gift Voucher / Gift Box

Create your item by following the steps on the website.

At the basket stage, enter the code printed on your Gift Voucher in the “gift code” box and click OK.

My Gift Voucher is worth more than my purchase

The difference isn’t lost! Any unused balance is credited to your customer account and remains available for further orders for 6 months.

My Gift Voucher is worth less than my purchase

The voucher amount is deducted from your order total; you simply pay the outstanding balance.
