Validity of Gift Cards and Gift Boxes

• Gift Cards are valid for 1 year, with a 3-month grace period for late use (so 15 months in total).
• They can be used on the entire range of made-to-measure shirts and trousers.
• They are redeemable online or by appointment at our Showroom. In both cases, the recipient benefits from the Fit Guarantee.

How to use a Gift Card / Gift Box

• Create your item by following the steps on the website.
• At the checkout stage, enter the code found on the Gift Card in the “Gift Code” field. Click OK to validate your order!

What happens if the Gift Card value is higher than the order?

The difference is not lost! The unused balance is credited to your customer account and can be used for other orders within 6 months.

What happens if the Gift Card value is lower than the order?

The amount of the Gift Card will be deducted from the total order. You simply pay the difference.
