Validity of Gift Cards and Gift Boxes

Gift Cards and Gift Boxes are valid for 12 months, with an additional 3-month grace period, giving you a total of 15 months to use them.

They can be used across our entire range of made-to-measure shirts and trousers.

Gift Cards may be redeemed online or during an appointment at our showroom. In both cases, the recipient benefits from our 100-Day Fit Guarantee.

Create your shirt or trousers by following the steps on our website.

At checkout, enter the code shown on your Gift Card in the "Gift Code" field and confirm your order.

The remaining balance is not lost.

Any unused amount is automatically credited to your customer account and can be used for future orders within 6 months.

The value of the Gift Card is deducted from the total amount of your order.

You simply pay the remaining balance.
