You can check your orders and view estimated delivery dates directly in your customer account.


As soon as your LE CHEMISEUR® made-to-measure shirt or trousers have been crafted and shipped, you will find the tracking information for your parcel 📦 in your customer account. The tracking details will also be sent to you by email.

🔎 Understanding order statuses:


Awaiting production

Thank you for your order!

Your shirt or trousers will soon be reviewed by our Paris team and then sent into production.

If this is your first order and it contains multiple items, we may be waiting for your fit validation before producing the remaining items.


🧵 In production

Your item is currently being crafted in our workshop.

At this stage, it is unfortunately no longer possible to modify your order.


⚠️ Item to be confirmed, production on hold.

Following the review of your order, our team needs to confirm a few details before production can begin.

We have likely tried to contact you. Please contact us so that we can proceed with your order.


📍 Ready at the showroom

You selected showroom pickup and your order is ready.

You may collect it during opening hours without an appointment.


🚚 Shipped

Your order is on its way! For more detail, in your account, click on “Track my shipment”.


🔄 Return requested

Our team is currently processing your return request.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as it has been completed.


✂️ Being altered

Your shirt or trousers are currently being adjusted in our workshop to perfectly match your preferences.

We will also update your Fit Key so that future orders benefit from the same improved fit.
