Having trouble processing your payment?
Verify your payment details
Carefully check your card number, expiration date, and security code (CVC).
If your bank sends you a 3D Secure verification code, make sure you enter the latest code received. If you have made several payment attempts, older codes may no longer be valid.
Try a different card
Your card may have reached its spending limit or be subject to restrictions on online payments.
If possible, try another card or contact your bank for assistance.
Double-check your billing address
For security reasons, your name and billing address may be verified by the payment provider.
If the information entered does not match the details registered with your bank, the payment may be declined. You can update your billing address without changing your delivery address.
Consider using Apple Pay
If you use an iPhone, Apple Pay can often simplify the payment process.
A QR code will appear, allowing you to complete the transaction quickly and securely on your phone.
Pay by bank transfer
Bank transfer payments are also possible.
Add your items to your cart while logged into your customer account and complete your delivery details. Then make the bank transfer, indicating your name in the payment reference.
