What happens if my first order contains several items?

When your first order includes several items, we initially send only one item to validate your fit.

✅ The first item's fit is perfect

If you're satisfied with your first item, simply confirm it in your customer account or by emailing us at lecontact@lechemiseur.fr. We will then quickly proceed with the production of the remaining items.

📦 The fit is good, but I would like some adjustments

You may keep the first item and request adjustments for any items that have not yet been produced.

You are covered by our 100-Day Fit Guarantee

If you return the first item, we will adjust your fit and automatically produce the remaining items using the updated measurements.
