If your first fit is not quite right, we will adjust it free of charge within 100 days.


In 81% of cases, no remake is needed. If adjustments are required, the process is simple and fast.


How does the Fit Guarantee work?


  1. Wash your shirt two to three times. It is normal for a new shirt to feel slightly larger before the first washes, as our AI already anticipates natural fabric shrinkage. Trousers shrink very little. For cotton trousers, simply allow about 1 cm in length.
  2. To save time, you may also choose to have the garment altered locally and receive a reimbursement (see conditions below).
  3. Prefer to let us handle the adjustments? Log in to your account, then click “Use this shirt as a starting point.”
  4. Adjust your Fit Key with the tutorials on our site. Choosing which adjustments to make is easy. Put on your first shirt as a reference. If needed, feel free to send us photos or book a video call.
  5. Place your new order using the code retour-H4GB in the “Gift Code” field. If we need the original garment returned for adjustment, we will provide a prepaid return label.

What does the Fit Guarantee cover?

The Fit Guarantee covers the fit of your first shirt or trousers for 100 days after delivery. If needed, we will provide a prepaid return label.

As each garment is custom-made for you using premium European fabrics, we are unable to offer refunds. The purpose of the Fit Guarantee is to help you achieve the fit that suits you best.


Altering a garment locally

If you already have a trusted tailor, you can save time by having the alterations made locally.

We will reimburse up to:

  • €30 for shirts,
  • and €50 for trousers,

directly to the card used for the original purchase. For gifted items, reimbursement will be issued as store credit.

To receive reimbursement, simply send us a photo of the alteration invoice. Please also let us know which adjustments were made so we can update your Fit Key for future orders.


Can I make a second return?

In the rare event that your corrected garment still requires major adjustments, we will gladly review a second request.

Please note that differences of ±1 cm are considered normal production tolerances and may also result from natural body-weight variations. For this reason, they do not qualify for an additional remake.


If I order several items, does the guarantee apply?

The Fit Guarantee applies to the first garment of your order.

If your first order contains several items, we will initially ship only one garment - at our expense - so you can confirm the fit before the remaining items are produced.
