How to return an item?

Wash your shirt two or three times before deciding on adjustments.
If your new item is slightly too large (by 1–2 cm), that's normal: our AI automatically anticipates the natural shrinkage of the fabric.

You can have your shirt or trousers adjusted by your local tailor and get reimbursed. Check the list of possible alterations by a tailor.

Do you prefer we handle everything? It’s easy: log in to your customer account, select your item, then click on “Start from this shirt / these trousers”. Your measurements will be pre-filled automatically.

Easily adjust your Fit Key with our step-by-step tutorials, as if you were ordering a new shirt. It's easy, your first garment serves as a reference.

Complete your order by entering the gift code retour-H4GB in the dedicated field. You’ll receive a prepaid return label by email within one business day, or we might let you keep the original shirt. Please allow around two weeks for an alteration, or standard production times for a complete remake.
