If you are not satisfied with your first fit, we will correct it free of charge within 100 days.


In 81% of cases, no return is needed. Otherwise, the process is simple and fast!


How to make a return?


  1. Wash your shirt two to three times. It’s normal for a new shirt to feel slightly too large, as our AI anticipates shrinkage after washing. Trousers don’t really shrink—just allow for 1 cm in length.


  1. To save time, you can have the garment altered yourself and get reimbursed (see below).


  1. Prefer to let us handle the adjustments? Log in to your account, then click “Use this shirt as a starting point.”


  1. Adjust your Fit Key with the tutorials on our site. Choosing which adjustments to make is easy. Put on your first shirt as a reference. If needed, feel free to send us photos or book a video call.


  1. Confirm your new order by entering the code retour-H4GB in the “Gift Code” field. If we need to take back the initial item for adjustment, we’ll send you a prepaid return label.


You’ll have your perfect Fit Key for your future orders!

What does the Fit Guarantee cover?

The guarantee covers the fit of your first shirt or trousers for 100 days after receipt. We'll send you a prepaid return label if needed.

As each piece is custom-made for you in premium European fabrics, we cannot issue refunds. The purpose of the guarantee is to ensure you find the fit that suits you.


Altering a garment yourself

If you know a tailor, save time by going through them. You can be reimbursed up to €30 for shirts (or €50 for trousers) to the card used for the purchase. For gifted items, store credit will be issued.

To be reimbursed, send us a photo of the invoice. Please specify the alterations so we can correct your Fit Key for future orders.


Can I make a second return?

If your corrected item is still far from perfect (which is very rare), we’ll accept a second return. Unfortunately, we cannot process another return for +/- 1 cm differences, as these fall within production tolerances and normal small weight variations of customers.


If I order several items, does the guarantee apply?

The guarantee only applies to your first piece. But no worries: if you order several items in a first order, we will automatically send the first piece only—at our expense—to validate the fit.
