We recommend ordering according to your current measurements. A slightly loose shirt can always be easily adjusted later—unlike a shirt that's too tight.

If you lose weight after receiving your shirt, adding back darts quickly reduces waist circumference by 2–3 cm ( 4–6 cm around the waist). It's a straightforward and affordable alteration. We can perform this adjustment free of charge under the 100-day guarantee.
