Having trouble processing your payment?

Verify your payment details



Carefully check your card number, expiration date, and security code (CVC).

If your bank sent you a 3DS Secure verification code, enter it accurately. If you've received multiple codes after several attempts, always use the most recent one.

Try a different card



Perhaps your card has reached its spending limit. Try using a different card, or contact your bank.

Double-check your billing address



Keep in mind that your name and billing address are verified by the payment provider for secure card transactions. If the details provided differ from those registered with your bank, the payment may be rejected. Try adjusting your billing address accordingly. Your delivery address doesn't need to be changed.

Consider using Apple Pay



If you have an iPhone, try Apple Pay. A QR code will appear, allowing you to quickly and securely complete the transaction on your phone.

Pay via bank transfer



To pay by bank transfer, add your items to your cart while logged into your account. Then, perform the bank transfer, clearly indicating your name in the reference. Afterward, contact us so we can identify your payment and validate your order.
