Where is my order?



You can check your orders and view estimated delivery dates directly in your customer account.

Once your made-to-measure shirts and trousers have been crafted and shipped, you’ll find your shipment’s tracking information 📦 directly in your customer account. The tracking will also be emailed to you.

🔎 Understanding order statuses:



Awaiting production

Thank you for your order! Your shirt or trousers will soon be verified by our Paris team and placed into production. If you've ordered multiple items for your first order, we may be waiting for your fit validation.

🧵 In production

Your item is currently being crafted in our workshop. At this stage, modifying your order is no longer possible.

⚠️ Item to be confirmed, production on hold.

Following the review of your order, our team needs to confirm a few details before starting production. We likely tried to reach you. Please contact us.

📍 Ready at the showroom

You've chosen to pick up your order at our showroom—your shirt is ready! You can collect it during opening hours, no appointment needed.

🚚 Shipped

Your order is on its way! For more detail, in your account, click on “Track my shipment”.

🔄 Return requested

Our team is currently processing your return request. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as it's completed.

✂️ Being altered

Your shirt or trousers are being adjusted in our workshop to perfectly match your preferences. We'll update your Fit Key in our database to reflect this adjusted fit.
